Who is responsible for your data
Improvesa SAS de CV, with its address at Paseo Sinfonía, Lomas de Angelópolis, Puebla, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide to us, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations. For any matter related to your data you can write to soporte@improvesa.com.
What data we collect
We only collect the data you give us directly through this site's integration request form: name, company, email address and, optionally, phone number, along with the service lines you tick and the description of the case you choose to share. The IP address the request is sent from is also recorded, for security purposes.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, the handling of that message is also governed by WhatsApp's policies, over which we have no control.
We do not collect sensitive personal data or asset and financial data through this site.
What we use them for
The primary purposes, which are necessary to serve you, are: to answer your request, to prepare the diagnostic or technical proposal you asked for, and to follow up on that commercial conversation.
As a secondary purpose we may send you information about our services. If you don't want us to use your data for that secondary purpose, write to us at soporte@improvesa.com and we'll record it. Declining is not a reason for us to stop handling your request.
Who we share them with
We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Requests are stored on the infrastructure of our hosting provider, which acts as a data processor and is not authorised to use them for its own purposes. Transfers without your consent would only occur in the cases set out in article 37 of the LFPDPPP, for example a request from a competent authority.
How long we keep them
We keep requests while there is an active commercial relationship or a legitimate interest in following up, and in any case for no longer than 24 months from the last contact. After that they are deleted.
Your data rights
You have the right to acceder your data, rectificarlos when they are inaccurate, cancelarlos when you consider they are not required, and oponerte to its use for specific purposes. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, write to soporte@improvesa.com stating your name, a way to contact you, a clear description of what you are requesting and a document proving your identity. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
If you believe your right to data protection has been violated, you can go to the competent authority in Mexico on personal data protection.
If you write to us from Spain or the European Union
When we process data of people located in the European Union we also apply the General Data Protection Regulation. The legal basis for the processing is your consent when you submit the form and the legitimate interest in handling a commercial request you initiated. In addition to your access, rectification, cancellation and objection rights, you have the right to portabilidad of your data, to the restriction of the processing, and to file a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country, which in Spain is the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses its own strictly necessary cookies to work and to remember your choice on this notice. Those do not require consent.
Additionally, and only if you authorise it, we load third-party measurement tools: Google Analytics, to see which sections get read; Google Ads, to see which ads bring in contacts; and Microsoft Clarity, which anonymously records how the page is navigated. Until you accept, those tools are not loaded and no third-party cookie is installed.
Clarity may record interaction with the page. Form fields are configured to be masked, so their content is not captured in those recordings. You can change your decision at any time by deleting the site's cookies in your browser or by writing to us.
Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. Requests are stored in a location that is not publicly accessible, and access is restricted to the staff who need to handle them.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the way we process data changes or because of regulatory changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
